I find it hard to narrow down my interests to singular items, but that might just relate to my general curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible. So here is a brief list of the 10 things I care about and invest time in in learning and mastering:

Here students learn about entrepreneurship first hand, with practical courses on how to start a business. The students are encouraged to find customers, generate revenue and grow their company. the work is incredibly rewarding and the results are inspiring.

We focus on generating powerful training experiences for our corporate customers. We work with teams to empower them to innovative, communicate effectively and reapidly create value. We focus on the human side of corpoations first because we know it is humans who generate tangible results, meaning we need to create and give space to each and every one of us.

Researcher in the field of entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, design thinking and systems thinking

Researching on entrepreneurial minndset and examing how mindset can impact the startup process. My research interests have broadened over time to include design thinking, systems thinking and issues around sustainability. The economic systems we live in are dependent on the environmental systems we live in, not the other way around. We therefore need to shift our efforts towards restorative innovation.

I have worked with over 200 startups, and above 500 entrepreneurs. The common issues generally relate to communication and team work issues; a lack of forward momentum, or a lack of balance between technical skills and corporate copentency. I can help you adress all of these issues.
